What a pleasure it is to serve Kansas, the great Sunflower State as a Field Consultant for the State Arts Agency.
We work with Kansas Department of Commerce Creative Arts Industries Commission by region, helping to secure artists and arts orgs by getting them resources-ready and by developing industry in all arts media.
I help with the film arts statewide while advocating for arts non-profits in the East Central region.
Johnson County Parks Foundation
We come together to cultivate support for Johnson County Park + Rec (JCPRD) and create opportunities for community engagement by being strategic with philanthropic initiatives, considering the JoCo neighbors we serve and just having a good time. I'm happy and honored to build with and learn from this fine Board.

Johnson County Arts + Heritage Museum
Lonita just concluded her service to and tenure as the (first Black woman) President of the Museum Foundation/Friends Board where she continues her support as a community benefactor
